Our experience with Akron Art Museum
Akron Art Museum is a stunning display of modern and contemporary artwork. As soon as you enter the museum, you can see the vibrant colors of each piece on display. Every piece has its own unique style and story to tell, ranging from traditional paintings to sculptures made entirely out of recycled materials.
The museum offers an interactive experience with several different programs for visitors to participate in. I attended one of their painting classes and was amazed by how much knowledge the instructor shared about art techniques and styles. Additionally, there are lectures about various topics related to art which was extremely educational for me during my visit.
I also loved exploring the galleries located throughout the museum’s multiple levels; each floor offers something new that engages your mind as well as your eyes while viewing artwork. Whether it be photography or abstract pieces, I felt like I had been transported into another world filled with creativity at every turn!
