Our experience with Akron Zoological Park
Akron Zoological Park is an incredible place to visit. As soon as you enter the park, you’re surrounded by lush green trees and a variety of exotic plants. The grounds are well kept and the animals seem content in their habitats. You can spend hours exploring the different pathways throughout the zoo, marveling at all of the amazing creatures inhabiting each area.
The African Plains exhibit is particularly impressive – it’s home to giraffes, zebras, antelopes, ostriches and warthogs among other species! It was fascinating to observe how they interacted with one another in such a large open space. Further along the path is Asia Quest where elephants roam freely around their habitat while red pandas play amongst the trees above your head – it’s truly mesmerizing!
The aquarium area offers spectacular views of fish from all over the world swimming gracefully through its many tanks. Penguins waddle around outside on grassy hillsides while tropical birds sing sweetly from nearby foliage – creating an enchanting atmosphere that fills visitors with awe and wonderment!
