The Trane Company Open House/Traveling Showcase
At the beginning of 2000, the Trane Company relocated to a new facility in search of an expanding community with easy access to the interstate. Working alongside Neyer Properties, they found a suitable property at the corner of Glendale-Milford Road and Springfield Pike that met their requirements and more.
To celebrate their move, Trane hosted an Open House event on June 6th, 7th, and 8th, which included a Traveling Showcase featuring several of their products.
The new facility houses various departments such as the Parts Center, Commercial Sales, Trane Service Department, and Dealer Sales Offices. It serves the Northern Kentucky to Southwest Ohio area and extends into Southeast Indiana.
The Open House/Traveling Showcase attracted Contractors, Engineers, Owners, local businesses who were eager to explore the new facility and learn more about Trane’s products and services.

Kroger Super Store
Since Kroger Super Store arrived in the Village in May 2000, Glenwood Crossing has been attracting new businesses. Trane was among the first to recognize the potential of Woodlawn and moved into the area, taking advantage of all that the Village has to offer.
